A UX influencer, Mariana hosts monthly UX Oxford meet-ups, regularly talks at digital events, and gives lectures at universities.  Mariana has 20 years of experience designing digital products. She holds a MA in interactive media and a BA in graphic communication.

As a Director of User Experience Design at Fruto, James spends his time designing digital products for some of our key accounts and he looks after Fruto's UX design processes and practices for excellence. A master of delivery, Victoria is a Project Manager who loves to see people achieving their best. Victoria has 12+ years of experience in managing teams and delivering complex digital projects for global clients. She holds holds an MSc in Psychology from Coventry University and a Postgraduate degree from the University of Oxford.

A design leader, Carmen designs at the crossroads of aesthetics and function, crafting meaningful and delightful experiences that work for users. She enjoys delivering webinars and workshops and regularly blogs about design related topics. Carmen holds a BA in Typography and Graphic Communication from The University of Reading.

A UX aficionado, Eszter is an experienced UX and Service Designer. She's got her MA in design and is currently pursuing a part-time PhD at Loughborough University. She has lived in Berlin, Sheffield and Budapest and worked in various UX design roles. She brings valuable first-hand knowledge combined with real-life project experience.

Determined by nature, Scott is passionate to keep on learning and expanding his skill sets. Scott has a BSc in Industrial Design and a variety of experience working in innovative, Agile, and Lean start-up environments. Scott loves solving complex design problems through intuitive user interfaces and rapid prototyping.

Passionate about using her UX knowledge to create meaningful products, Mahika has digital and product design experience. She holds a BSc in User-Centred Design from Loughborough University where her final project targeted at improving the accuracy and efficiency of medication dispensing within care homes.

With a background in mental health, Jessica uses her empathetic approach within UX to uncover compelling insights! Jessica holds a Masters in User Experience from Kingston University and has worked across B2B and B2C projects within a variety of sectors such as health, finance, entertainment, e-commerce and gaming.
